SenseGiz uses FIND devices which are assigned to each user/asset in a closed environment. There are COINs placed across the facility at regular distancing - these act as receivers. Gateways are installed at strategic positions which will pick up data from the COINs and pushes it to the cloud. FIND sends critical information related to the location and other details of all assets and people tagged with FIND in real-time and the admin can monitor this data remotely.

Every year billion tons of goods are wasted because of temperature variations. A small drop or increase in temperature can reduce shelf life of the products. Using SenseGiz solutions, we can maintain the quality of your goods by remotely monitoring and detecting environmental changes like temperature and humidity. All our devices are Plug and Play, with wireless communication via onboard sensors. A combination of COIN and Gateway can help in sending information on any variance in temperature and humidity of cold-chain trucks or warehouses or vaccine boxes, etc.

With our solution, you can predict the health of critical rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, industrial fans with our sensors. COINs are placed over each equipment that needs to be monitored.
Motion and Vibration sensors onboard the COIN device will send critical data securely to the cloud through our Gateway. This information is analyzed over cloud and is displayed as dashboards which can be accessed by the user remotely in real-time. FFT analysis are done to ensure machines are in good working condition and can be repaired in advance to avoid unnecessary downtime.
Asset Tracking solution has been successfully deployed at key service centres for #1 four-wheeler brand in India and South East Asia. This has helped them increase their productivity by over 45% across all zones and will be deploying the solution across 4500 service centres across India.
